Ingredients

2 ½ cups dry Fusilli noodles
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk blend (or half and half)
1/3 pkg. Asiago Cheese & Spinach Dip Mix
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ cup bacon bits

Instructions

Cook noodles as directed on box. Over medium heat, melt butter in skillet. Add flour and stir until combined. Add milk blend and Asiago Cheese & Spinach Dip Mix, stir until flour mixture is blended in and continue stirring periodically until mixture thickens. Stir in shredded mozzarella cheese and bacon bits. Once cheese if fully melted and well mixed, stir in cooked Fusilli noodles until they are saturated in sauce. Garnish with extra cheese and bacon as desired
